On the first leg of my trip I encountered a fun surprise on the airplane.  For breakfast in Taiwanese time (15 hours ahead of Seattle time) I had the option of Western style scrambled eggs or Chinese porridge.  We all know airplane food is pretty bad and porridge did not sound like a good route to go.  

Perhaps the worst tator tots Ive had in my life but it warranted a special blog post.  I almost always love Tator Tots.
